Teams are the building blocks of organizations. Teambuilding provides a group of individuals with processes and structured experiences
designed to improve communication, learn team decision-making, and develop positive relationships. Team building sessions help existing
groups band together to learn new skills, develop plans, resolve issues, refresh norms and break down barriers. New teams benefit by
defining norms and practices to rapidly ramp up and sustain high performance.
Comteam offers an array of teambuilding activities to help groups grow from a collection of individuals to a high performance team.
Teambuilding sessions are built upon the principles of shared alignment and collaboration.

Learning Methods
Team building is a facilitator-led engagement that uses individual style discovery, structured interaction experiences, collaboration
exercises, and group problem-solving/decision-making activities to establish team norms, build communication skills and reinforce
collaborative practices.
Duration
The Teambuilding process may be packaged into one or two days or multiple sessions, depending on the design.
