Course Description
Successful project execution is a characteristic of all high-performance organizations. Project Management Skills teaches individuals project definition, customer contracting, task breakdown, critical path planning, project implementation, and tracking.

Comteam’s approach is based on proven project management methodology. Participants work on a current project to acquire and practice the skills to identify common project problems and address them.

Objectives
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

Establish the project contract with the customer.

Create project plans with clear objectives, deliverables, estimates, and schedules.

Eliminate ever-changing expectations and handle scope creep.

Build tracking and accountability into every project team.

Target Audience
Project managers, team leaders, supervisors, and project team members

Prerequisites
Participants bring a current project to work on during the training.

Learning Methods
This is an instructor-led session that uses presentation, individual practices, small team practices, and application activities. Manuals are provided for each participant. Application tools are also provided to help participants transfer the skills back to the job.

Duration
The training duration is two days.
