One critical success factor for a leader is the ability to effectively initiate, manage,
and execute successful change. Leaders are expected to skillfully guide their people
through the various stages of change that accompany reorganizations, mergers, adoption
of new technology, and culture transformation.
The training is designed to provide leaders with the roadmap and an array of tools to effectively launch and
manage people through a change initiative. The workshop prepares leaders for the challenges and the pitfalls
